need help! please

I just recently wanted to try out some new gear I have had sitting around. A jblgto1201.1 (for right now). 2 12" konaki 12ao7(1200rms dual 1ohm) in 4cf @36hz and yellowtop optima. Now the problem is it seems like the back bat isn't getting enough power because when I turn it up the bass will stop and then come back on but the amp stays on the whole time. Any suggestions? Would the big three help?

Are you sure the amp isn't going into protect?

the big 3 would be a good idea and make sure you got a good ground and lower your gain and check make sure you got your subwoofer wired right

If the amp is staying on but the bass is cutting out, as ecrack mentioned you are probably sending the amp into protection. Either because of big voltage drops, or possibly because your gain is too high.

I sold the amp last night but the gain was pretty low it is a voltage prob because my back battery at highest will be at 12.2 and the front one at best is 14.2
