Update.
Today we installed the transistors. We re assembled everything back, we checked the power supply and changed a cpl of resistors as 2 were shot. We hooked the power up and protect light was still on and there was 2 much current running through the suppy, WAY TO MUCH. We checked the 4 diodes and 1 was shot, done some bypassing and protect light was still on, We spent about 3 hrs stripping and placing new parts in so will check in the morning anything else. The chip appears to be ok. Must say, this amp has been exceptionally well built by Incriminator. All the soldering joints etc and everything looks as if a lot of time went into building this beast.
Gonna try & WORK OUT why the protect light is still on. Also underneath the transformers under the silicone, not sure if there are any components underneath so might have to remove some of it to check. The amplifier side appears to be ok, just the power supply appears to be the problem ?
Any ideas advice or help would be great ?
