Did i blow my tweeters?

I believe i have fell victim to to rsd65 tweet problem. I only have like 45 minutes of play time on the set running at 4 ohm and like 1/3 gain on a punch 250a2. I was driving to work and they both quit one right after the other,the leads of the crossover is good as i tested it on an old coax i had sitting around. My question is i hit the tweets with my dmm and got a 176 ohm reading,so are they junk?
