need help finding certain amp!!!

i need an amp that will meet these requirements:400-600 watts x 1 channel @ 4 ohms and cost me less than 250 dollars in total w/o going to fleamarket brands. Any ideas?

btw it will be powering 2 10'' jl audio subs in a ported box

This amp does rated power @ 1 - 4 ohms. Lots of flexibility there.

This is a 4 channel amplifier that'll do 125 x4 @ 4 ohms, 250 x4 @ 2 ohms or 500 x2 @ 4 ohms. You could use the front channels for a pair of components and bridge the rear channels for your sub.

I'd never heard of cadence either, but right now I've got cadence components and they sound great for the price I paid. I don't personally know how their amps are, but I've heard they are excellent for the money.

try to find a nice clean sounding class AB old school amp....its like night and day in SQ over class D ....plus most were built way better...

ppi a600.2 or a300.2 will get you where you need to be.

The JBL 1200.1 is a good amp.. rather big footprint though.

There also may be a smaller size JBL/Crown amp that is designed to put full power to 4 ohms. Check the JBL Harmon Kardon/Infinity ebay store, they get some banging deals on refurbs.

I got a big *** old school Zed made USX 1000F on eBay that would to that and then some. I could drop the price if you wanted to deal through this forum.

Otherwise, I'd look for an old school A/B for that job too since they typically are designed to do max power to 4 ohms, have good sound, and have flexibility that you could put them on your fronts if you ever wanted to change things around.

cadence is a good name brand and the mb quart would be another option i would go with, good amp
