Need help finding a part

Ok guys I need you guys to help me find this part. I have a 94 Toyota Supra Turbo and the guy who had it before me upgraded the door speakers (6.5") and cut the door panel. So I can not go back to stock, but I did find a good setup that I like. I just need some help with who makes it. I have searched for 6 hours now and I have nothing to show for it.

Here are the pics. It also has a speaker grill that snaps in after the install is complete.
