Need help! Brz 2100 RCA complications

Hey I just bought a hifonics brutas 2100 and when I hook everything up the amp it wont power on but when i plug the RCAs in output on the amp then it powers on.. Why would this be happening? I've tried RCAs and even used a new deck! I took the amp into audio video and they had it working in their shop.. Anything I havn't tried? Or something to try? Thanks

Check to see if you have a good ground for the amp.Scratch paint away,ect first.Sounds like Bad Grounding issue for the amp.Try that.I will chk later n the day to see what you came up with see if it may be something else

update. if your wiring is good, and feeding good power and ground, try letting it sit with no wires or cables connected for a day....
