Remote gain Contol

im looking to add a remote gain control to the setup listed below to control the sub amp so i can have a bit better control over things while in the lanes.

any easy way to do so other than picking up a maxx-link.

why would you need a maxx-link for 1 amp? well, you could get yourself a dual pot from radio shack and splice it in, likely, a genaric bass knob could be installed, or little preamp eq. many options

i dont want to get a maxx-link. ive just never messed with gain knobs in general let alone adding one to an amp that isnt built to have one on it.

^^^ yah good deal, just what i was suggesting building, lol. maxx-links are pretty much phasing and syncing controllers for multiple sub amps, either to run several drivers from several amps, or to strap pairs of amps that are not set up to strap....
