GOing to most likely get it made,

i heard 4 cubes is the best, i am going to make it so the cone is up, will be using a HDC315 ( 15" sub " in my TOyota Highlander, ported. 32-35hz is best i heard not sure which to choose yet!

the ( from side of car to side of car ) i have about 38"

From back of car ( hatch ) to the back of rear seat is 31" ( but id rather use about 21" so i have some room for stuff ) sub battery..

and the height so i can see ~ 20"

Well,a big box custom built and tuned to your specs for that 15, would be worth to me 3-350 easy.Alot of material/and time to customize an enclosure rather than buying a prefabbed junk box.Only prefab box id buy on the market today, would be a ProBox.I dont know what you mean by INSANE for $200 bucks?
