Need Box Design

I have 2 12" Kicker L7's, and they are going to be going into the trunk of a 96 Jeep Cherokee. I have a Hifonics 2006d so they should be seeing roughly about 1800 watts. This is where you guys come in. I need a vented box for the two of them that will give me the most output, while still sounding very clean and detailed. People say that L7's can't have any SQ, but i'm sure thats not true so please try to work something out for me. Also I have another question. It may be newbish, but whats the differance between lets say a 34hz-40hz port and a 40hz-50hz port? Thank you guys for the help

how well it will get low and sound at a certian frequency , i dont know those subs call for, theres a list of boxes if u know the specs.
