Need box design for SPL

I need a box design.

The existing bow I have is 35wide x 14.75 hieght x 18.5 deep.

That one barely fits in my trunk.

My new subs require 2.25 tuned to 55 per sub for optimal. I doubt I can get 4.5,

I might need assemble in ths in the trunk,

Using those dimensions with 3/4", you have ~4.3-4.4 using before any displacements.

What subs are you going to be running?
