Need Box design for 2 Audioque HDC3 12's

First, please don't tell me if I'm going to do this I might as well do 4 12's or 2 15's, or that cutting my bed is stupid or that you wouldn't do it. It's not my daily driver, but it might be when I'm done //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. That said, I'm doing a blow-through on my 2000 Ford Ranger Regular Cab. I'm 6'5" tall, and need all of my leg room, so the setup I want won't fit (with me in the truck). I measured how big the blow-through hole can be, and the measurements are 48" W x 15" T. I want to do a flange on the front of the box so I won't lose any bass, so the flange will have to be able to fit through the above dimensions, ideally with a little bit of room between the flange and accordian boot for 1/2" to 1" of foam to account for the independent cab and bed movement. The box itself can be 15" T x 40" W x 19" D. I was looking to do a ported enclosure, about 5 cubic feet, tuned to about 33 Hz. I don't care what kind of ports it uses as long as the ports and the subs can fire through the flange into the cab. Just looking for some ideas so I can go to the local sound shop with an idea in my head. Man that was long winded lol. Thanks in advance.

Oh, I already know how to do the actual blow-through as I've done a few before, I just need ideas for the box. Thanks.
