I can quote you a bare box, but I can tell you right now if you are going to ship its going to cost a ton. You should look for a local builder.

Build it yourself. You can go to http://www.reaudio.com/speaker_box/LPort_Box_Calc.html

and get the sizes of the cuts you need to make.

Got o Home Depot or Lowe's and they will make the cuts for you. Then you just glue and screw them together according to the plans.

Poof! You got your box.

Besides, you will be that much more proud and knoweldgable of your system if you make it yourself.
