so i want to double check with someone who knows whats ups did i tune this correctly and what do you think of my design its goign into a 94 explorer so it has to be 41.5 inches to fit between the wheelwells (before you ask)

2.61 before sub displacement. With a sub displacement of about .09 or .1 cubic feet, it should be right at 2.5 cubic feet and tuned to about 34hz. I say you're close enough to start building!

i have a ts-w5102spl displacement = .25 or so im told so is this still good?

Well that drops it to about 2.35 @ 35hz. I don't think you would notice a difference at all.
