need Big 4 channel, audio experts help

Alrighty:

My Budget: 500 MAX!

What it will power:

Rainbow SLC 265 Kicks (100 watts RMS. Don't want to put more then 200 on them though)

Rainbow Hammer 12 Sub (400 Watts RMS, me thinks a good 600-700 will do, D2, so it must be 4 ohm or 1 ohm)

2 Amps are ok, but i'd prefer one bigass amp just because it is easier. only one amp to worry about.

I would like a subsonic filter as well.

Not afraid to buy off ebay, but i wont be looking to buy it for about a month, so if you have something for sale, keep that in mind.

Look at Hifonics for the money... big power, subsonic filter, 24 db xover, low cost.

I just looked at Hifonics XX Olympus - it's underrated... looks like it will do around 1400 - 1500 watts total RMS.

Edit: I was wrong... 1600 watts total into 1 Ohm.
