i got an MTX 8500 12" (8512-04) one step down from the 9500 if your interested

OK, here is my issue. I have this monster amp (MTX 81001) The MTX site says if I want to run a single MTX sub, I have to use the 12"9500 series. I would really like to use a 10". The 12 is so much bigger & heavier. Does everyone agree I can't use the 9510 with this amp?

The SLEDGE HAMMER boxes are Bad ***. One of the guys I work with got the GTO 601.1 with the 10" 8500 Sledge Hammer box hits hard!!!!

and he's gian is way down too!!!
