Need An Answer On Port Quick!!!

ok need to know if i elongate the port inside my box, if it will make it tuned lower without fukkin anything up. Its tuned at 44 hz and it makes me sick, im gonna go get the measure ments. its 5 cubes at 44 hz and i want to drop it to about 36-38 if possible using the same box.

Yea make it longer, it will take up a little more internal volume but with 5 cubes to play with it's no problem.
