Need Amps for my SQ system

Here is the deal. I have CDT ef61-cf front components and REar coaxial. Fronts are rated at 130 watts rms and back is 90 RMS. Now i need two amps for it, i was thinking to go JL Audio 450/4 and 500/1 for the two 12" Infinity Reference. Basically i need an amp for the subs with no disortion and quick hits. Im gonna run it at 4ohms load so the dampening factor is gonna be high and should sound the way i want it. Now for the speakers Im not sure if i really need all that power from JL450/4. would it be ok to go with the 300/4??

and also i was looking at the Kicker SX900 wich i could get cheaper then the JL450/4.

I really need some input on this cause i really dont know what to get.

I would say the Kicker just because if your looking for a SQ system, that built in processor cant be beat. Im sure either amp is suffivcent, go with the cheaper one.
