need alarm suggestion

yea and the remote doesnt look so gay... also it comes with 1 2way and 1 1way where as the viper comes with ONLY 1 2way so if you loose it or break it you are shelling out $140 for a new one.

Hey bass, I was looking just on Ebay at that aps996 and it said it also had a remote start. My question to you{since you seem to really know your sh!t}, I have a manual, if I bought that system would I just bypass that and not hook it up? Also are there buttons on the controller for remote activated trunk popping?

there are some compustars on ebay that come with car specific instructions. so that would make installation much easier! ive hooked up a few alarms in the past with very good results, so id like to install the next alarm i get.

again i didnt want to hijack the thread!
