Need advise on two 12" subs

I have 2 american bass ph4000md and i want to run each at 1ohm

the enclosure i have is as below. my budget is no more than 300 per sub. and i would like as much sq/spl i can get for that price.

American bass hd all day long. Mine took a kicker kx2500.1 at 1ohm no problem ran it off a ph4000md for 6months prior too. Sounded great dug pretty low and was just a beast.
