Need advice with setup

Ok well first off lemme just say i am new to this forum and hope i post this in the right thread. I am not new to car audio but do not know a whole lot. I just got out of jail and i when i got home i found out my sister jacked my 18" incriminator audio sub, custom ported box, and 1600 watt rms JBL Amp. So i am in a dilemna of building a whole new setup. I want something that isnt ridiculously huge like my 18 but something that can also make um say wow. My budget is not that great but I do have about $400-$500 to spend. I have my eyes on the 2000 watt rms US AMPS amplifier and want a single sub that will be loud. I really like the JL audio w7 10 but definitely cant afford it at this time. Im really leaning towards a kicker cvx 12 with a 2.0 ft ported box custom built. I had two of these just the wrong box and still was almost as loud as my 18. But I can get two CVRs for cheaper, these were my first subs ever and i thought they were loud as shit but looking back my ears werent use to bass. I need help building a setup with what i got any ideas or suggestions would be awesome! thx

ok i like all those um this is why i came here thank you guys. i dont know much about non "store brand" subs i like my bass deep but loud at the same time that audioque caught my eye how would that compare one 12 for one 12 against a cvx

i have owned a pair of cvx's for a week after i blew my se's lol hated them compared to the se's tried to buid another box blah, then i bough the wild beasts much better, i have installed the rsdc's and the mach 5's all much better subs.

right now sundown audio is selling a z15 15 inch subwoofer for 200 shipped, takes a 1000rms

for the price you cant beat them

if you want to go a little louder on a 12 the mach 5 spl but you will need 2500rms

those aq will get very loud if done right. much better then the kickers imo

Save up for good equip again. I certainly wouldn't want to go from:
