Need advice on a new setup

I'm relatively new to car audio. I've got a 2000 camry se, w/ about a 600-700$ sound system in it now. I've got 2 6in infinity speakers in the front, and 2 12's in the back.

I'm looking into getting some subs and an amp to put in my trunk. I THINK i can fit 2 12's, but If i cant then I'll get some really nice 10's. what do you guys recommend? I'll probably be paying around $1000-1500 for the subs and amp and box. I've already got a JVC head unit that powers my speakers. I was looking into getting JL Audio subs, but I have no idea about the amp.

I'd prolly get it installed at the Car Toys close to me, and I'll buy my stuff there to if I cant find a good deal for it online. I dont have all the money yet, so I've got a while to decide. I want subs that will sound good for rap, but I wanna also be able to listen to rock and it sound good. So I was thinking a ported box.

Thoughts?

Weird thought here.....but if you already have a set of 12s why do you only "think" that you can fit two 12s?

If you wanna go kinda cheap on the subs you can get 2 alpine type rs for $240 shipped on ebay. Those are really good subs in a ported box.

Maybe an orion 1200d for the amp.

I love that model of amp.

so im guessing you just want to be louder. Somewbody was selling a memphis 1100d on the forum for $200 dollars that will be a good match on the type R's

I'm gonna get the exact specifics of my trunk tomorrow, I might be able to fit 2 12's in there, if not i'll get some kick *** 10's

I'm kind of torn between kickers and Jl's ( Was thinking w7, but thats a tad expensive, they're like 500$ a pop )

Yeah i know JL is pretty expensive, but kicker is about the same quality for less?

I've never heard kickers, that I can remember. My friend's got 3 10in eclipses in his truck, and they were alright
