We think this will be crucial as the industry becomes more dependant on factory integration, and amps need to be set up for specific vehicles”. Mr. Wright continues, “I see a future where you hook a PC up to your Zapco amp, you pick your car, and ‘Enter'… you're tuned. That future starts today with our DC series amps.”

“The DC amps were made possible by the re-birth of the Zapco DSP project.” Says Mr. Borges, “The DSP6-SL is on the way. This unit is a 6 channel DSP with Multiple stereo, Analog, and Digital inputs, Crossovers, Equalization, and Time Delay. We think this is the platform that will most benefit both competitors and consumers in today's market.” He continues, “But, like the processor in the DC amp series, this unit is software driven and can be modified at any time. This means your DSP need never become obsolete. As requirements change you can update with software. This will be a huge boon to the consumer.”

yea i think i saw something like this before. A guy hand something digital wikth his zapco amp he was selling on ebay once. But thats why zapco is one of the car audio leaders, they are smart

be pretty sweet to hook ur amp in right to ur computer get complete control n tuning of it through ur computer see all the stats on it n stuff

i have had the dc's since last year. i have a 1100.1dc and a 650.6 dc in my truck. had a 1000.4 dc on the highs/mids, but i went active up front. it sounds absolutly amazing. and i am running the zapco ref comps (blue cones), if you were looking at their other new products. this is old news.
