Need a solid 600watts minimum amp...

Ok i need a solid reliable 600watt minimum amp. I just got my HiFonics BX1500D amp back. I had a audiobahn A800T(this) amp and i just hooked up the HiFonics i got back and the audiobahn amp was powering my subs WAY louder. i dont know what the problem was. well im guessing im probably get another good quality amp. any suggestions? around $300 maybe and running at a 2ohm load. thx.

does the Directed Audio 1100D have any over heating problems or malfunctioning problems? should i get lower powered amp? i just a need a solid 700watts.

yea but they **** alot of current...i herd directed audio does not **** as much current as kicker

A kx600.1 shouldn't be drawing too much current.

class D, the Kicker won't **** alot of juice, no more than any compariable 600 watt amp...

I believe people that have used directed have not had any problems that I have heard of. They make orion and viper amps too. I would go with a refurb or used kicker though.
