ok i have been out of the speaker loop for a while the last set that i had was alpine type r compenets and i liked them but they didnt last long i felt that they could not handle the power that they said they could wut would u guys sudject as a good pair of everyday compents for my setup right now i got a 18" sx re sub and thats about it lol o and a alpine 9831 cd player thanks

if you blew up type-r components off of HU power, they were installed poorly

no not yet i really never liked polk anything i could but at retail stores seems to not be good
