My car is in the shop being repaired this week and when it returns I am switching from 2 10" RE to a single 10" TC to save space. This sub will be run off the amp in my sig and will be getting 800 watts @ 4ohms. The car it is going into is also in my sig.
I listen to rock, 80's, some country(gf likes it). I dont listen to rap, hip hop or r&b.

What I want:
A sealed box for a 10" TC db-500. I am mainly going for SQ, but I would also like it to get rather loud. Power isn't an issue, but if you can make a ported or bandpass box which is geared to SQ and not loud boomy bass then post them up.
I would like the box to look nice so you would need to be able to make a nice finish for it, carpet is getting really old. I was thinking some sort of laminate, gloss or flat black would be ok. Basically I want this box to look good enough that you wouldnt mind using it in your house. If you are local maybe we can work something out using my spare tire well as that would be ideal for space savings.
I will require links to some pics of your previous builds. If you are a good builder you will have some and if you dont, you should.
Budget depends on what box I decide on, but I do have a few hundred to spend. I'm not one of the kids just "looking" or posting a WTB thread just because I can. If you need refs, look in my sig. I dont make offers or say I will buy something and then back out. I have money to spend on the right builder so show me some boxes.
