Need a good mono amp

i have 2 12 subs that are about 1100 watts each i want a amp pre speaker what would be a good amp for this app i wanted a viper but ther are discontinued just my luck what would be a good choise was looking at a PHOENIX GOLD, HIFONICS, visonik, pyle stuff in that order but havent really used any iv got an old old fosgate thats a 50x2 and its like 1990 or 91 and thumps just not as hard as id like any ideas please let me know thank you.
