Need a good 6 channel amp

I have decided to get myself a 6 channel amp. I dont need ish loads of power and thump. I just want something I can feel. I am going to be running 2 Lightning Audio speakers that are 80 watts RMS and 2 Pioneer speakers at 50 watts RMS. I need the sub channels to push out at the least 125 watts x 2 @ 4 ohms or enough watts to power 2 12 or 15W0s. I really dont care how much power the speakers channels are. I just need the two sub channels to power some W0's. I know what you are thinking...you can get better than a W0. But I really like them and I fell in love with a 15W0 at Tweeter.

Also my budget for this amp is between 250 and 300 dollars.

That thread didnt help me very much. I did see that ADS made a great amp. I am looking for good sound quality. So that would be a good amp for me. I still something that can power 2 W0's.

Yes I did read it. I remember seein people talkin about 6 channel amps that put out ?? x 6 @ ? ohms. I want 4 channels for my speakers and 2 channels for my subs. Ill look into ADS amps. I am still looking for any good suggestions.

Nope...ADS dont make the kind of amp I want. I could run 4 W0's off of their 8 channel amp? Who the hell wants to run 8 speakers in their car...its beyond me.
