trunk layout

i have 2 12"s pointed in to the cabin and the trunk is sealed completly off except for 6 3 inch ports that go next to my box into the trunk, i am planing on getting 2 15"s to put in the trunk one on each side. would it be beter to port or seal, if port sould i run the port drietly into the cabin or the trunk. the boxes will be about 2 sq/ft
