Need a few suggestions for my next amp

I have a RF Power 800a2 currently running my 2 12s. I like alot of bass and I love the bass knob that came with the RF. But when the bass knob isnt hooked up this amp just can't make my subs hit.

So I'm looking for a few suggestions on a replacement. Looking to get atleast 1000w and Im looking to go NO MORE than $350.

Why is it no one ever suggests the well known name brands anymore? I defintely want to try something new but just curious as to why

Jl audio 1000/1 or a image dynamics 1200 watt sub amp also I heard soundstream just released they're reference line and I believe they have a 1000watt sub amp in that line. Supposed to be very clean...

audiopipe ap3000d. 3000 watts rms. or the ap1500d. 1500 rms. you can pick up an ap1500d for less than $300.00.
