need a fairly small 2000+ watt amp

decided my nine.1 isnt running my rl-p's as hard as they should be, but i dont have a whole lot more room. i think i can get a 20 inch amp in there, but thats about it. i'll measure it tomorrow, but im pretty sure its within an inch of 20 that i have to spare. i know memphis amps are small but the 2kw one seems to be hard to find, and i dont want to go to a dealer and spend 700+ on an amp. want to keep it around 500. suggestions?

also anyone trying to get rid of a nice and clean 150x2 amp for my components? freakin orion is too big and has to go.

modded mtx 1501d or incriminator 20.1(better of the 2)

i need it to run at 1 ohm, my rl-ps are d4's. dont the modded mtx's make their power at .5 ohm? and aren't the incriminators like 700+? what are the specs and ratings on those 20.1's i hear so much about them, but never even heard the rms rating.
