No dd dealer can sell online you have to find your local dealer or if you dont have one call dd direct. If a dealer says they will ship hou one tbey are in breach of their contract and if dd finds out no warranty for you.

I am not a huge fan of paying MSRP, especially when said dealer is making several hundred off of me on subs and front stage speakers vs. internet pricing. I'm sure there is someone who will work with me here. I'll jump in my truck and drive and buy in person if that is what it requires.

This doesn't even bring into play profit on labor, etc.

If it comes down to it, I will sit on my patient *** and find and buy what I want used. Don't really want to go that route but I will do what I have to do.

I would think that there is a DD dealer that would like to put some money in their pocket that would sell for lower than MSRP.

I understand that our local shops need to make money to stay in business, and I'm willing to pay that premium they are asking on EVERY SINGLE ITEM for my install... other than the sub amp.

Somebody throw me a bone here.

Let's put this in perspective. I'm paying more than I have to for 4 subs, 2 sets of components, and miscellaneous installation parts... plus paying full labor rate for installation. Yet I should be fine with paying full MSRP for the sub amp?

I'm not trying to take advantage of anybody. I just want a fair shake.

Oh, I'm sorry bud. Just seems crazy to me that they would even quote MSRP when money was being made on 8 drivers, installation, and everything else. I have no issue supporting my local shop, and I know they do great work... but come on!

prolly wont happen fr you man ,i was a dd dealer for 4 years ,and they are very strict about who sells dd products and where,only reason i dont sell dd anymore is they wanted brick and mortor stores only , and so they kind of screwed me over after 4 years as an authorized dealer

My DD dealer is a good friend. I guess I got lucky. I get a good laugh when people talk about overpriced DD. I paid less then a Sundown Z and got CF caps.
