Need A Custom Box Built

I need a dual 12 inch box that measures... 12H x 30L x 30W.

The vents need to be 3" by 12" and it needs to be tuned @ 37 to 40Hz. I live in West Palm Florida and if someone can build me a box or anybody knows where I can get a box built Thanks for your help. If you need any more information jlmk.
