Need A 4 Channel amp

Like i say above i need an amp for my 4 Boston acustic speakers. I need an amp that is 75 watts x4 at 4ohm. and a distortion rate of less than .1% I have 150 bucks...let me know the best amp that i can get...I was looking for something that is good and clear...I am very into keeping my system look OK becasue i got 2 JL 500/1's and i am a sound quality fanatic...So let me know whats the best amp for the money i got... referb is only $169, a little over but it is very underrated. I heard that it will do about 80x4@4ohms
