Need a 12" that takes 1000 rms

I am just a beginner, so I guess I have alot to learn but, I plan on power the subs with a Power Acoustik 4000

As far as the box goes, I know nothing about building boxes and will probably put these in the regular pre built boxes they sell.[/QUOTE]

do not do that. even the best subs in a shity box will ****. get a box off of one of the box builders on here

I currently own 2 sony xplod 15's and I believe they take around 350 rms each. The type R's are rated for 500 rms, Can they handle 1000 rms on a daily basis?

Almost all those subs are rated around 400-500 rms. I am looking for something that is 1000 rms.

My limit is around 120-150 per sub.

i personally dont know any subs around that price that can take 1000rms.

only way would be maybe if you could find one of the one i listed used for sale by a member here or on another forum...

The only ones I found so far are

1) Pioneer W3002d4

2) spl splw-12

I will more than likely end up goin with the pioneers, they seem to be the best sub for the price range. i havent really heard n e thing bad about them, sonixelectronix has a lot of positive reviews for that sub.

Just wanted to see what other options I had.
