Need 3000 watt rms amp suggestion

no, 3000 watts is a lot. you are going to need the alt. you cant just use 2 extra batteries with nothing to recharge them.
i'm running a stock alt in my truck. w/ 3kw it drops into the mid 12v range with 2 powermaster d3100's and a g31 blue top.

i wish i woulda got an alt instead of one of those batteries for sure.

probably around 200+ amp, it really depends on what you're doing with your system and what other electricals you'll have along with that alt. Do 300 amps to be on the safe side
