need 1/0 ring terminals today!

My lowes has 4awg.

The lady there told me that they used to carry 1/0 but there was no high demand for it so they quit carrying them.

I'd still drive to your local Lowes because mine carries them and i'm in louisville, ky

i know the lowes and home depot around me carry up to 4/0 slugs they are in the electrical dep. so i would give it a try

Local welding supply shop will be your best bet if they're open today. My local Lowe's carries an assortment of different size copper lugs. They're expensive though. Look for them in the hardware section in the specialty drawers. I've seen them in a few limited sizes on the electrical isle but they can a vast assortment in the haedware specialty drawers.

Napa Auto parts has em.. guaranteed...if not there, try Pep Boys, if not there, try auto zone.... if none of those do... try to find a local auto repair shop.. .A few by my house that work on big rigs, or smaller trucks have them, and they are pre-soldered....its pretty cool

and if worst comes to worst... get 2x 4GA terminals...open them up, and solder them together

My Home Depot and Lowes both carry that size ring terminals, I picked up some aluminum ring terminals a month ago before a show. I think they had copper too.

Thats pretty good, all the CC's around here dropped everything to do with 0/1 ga and won't sell any sections of wire anymore. On the plus side, they will sell 4 ga ring terminals, but for 5x the price of everyone else.
