I was caught up in the moment...I mean i'm joking about it a little now...I was never overly upset or anything, just a little uneased that a sub could do this...I already expect when I call Re audio that they won't be understanding...regardless something will be done no matter if this is settled in court or out of court(atleast a refund on the sub, it was warranted and purchased authorized)...you can always blame something when things happen...you get in a wreck but it wasnt your fault...but of course someone always has to say something like if you were driving more cautious this would have been prevented. So where im try to get at is, could this have been prevented...easily? No....all odds were against me in this situation, 1. My sub was inverted and was impossible to remove in time. 2. I didnt have a fire extinguisher 3. I was driving back home in the middle of nowhere 4. The fire was building. 5. My phone had no signal. So im not sure what to do, I want to talk to someone who knows more about legal procedures just to see what I could/should do. I think Re audio has lost all credibility it had here, which wasnt much, but I was telling everyone about the company letting them hear my sub...impressing people because it really did sound awesome. But now people are second gueesing even getting a system, I dont see no reason for that, but this doesnt happen very often. Well my hands are getting tired and I got class so im off.
