my truck is no more....

UPS and FEDEX seem to break subs easily enough..
its not hard to break something on the floor infront of you or something you can easily drop... having a subwoofer mounted in a box bolted to a truck thats about 2-3 feet off the ground and most likely at some wierd angle is different..

i dont know about you but i cant pull off some bruce lee shit and break a metal basket while theres flames growing all around what your trying to kick at

WOW! the first time I have ever heard of a MMATS being flamed --- sorry, had to do it... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif

chrome fire extinguishers ftmfw!!! i keep one up front and one in tha back of my van. havent had to use them yet but ya never know when they might come in use. sorry to hear about your loss bro but chit happens.

I dunno why im the only one to say this, but i remember pics of your install, there was trash and shit all over your truck, and wires justh laying everywhere. the amp was just chillin on a seat aith wires dangling, are you sure of what caused the fire, because when i looked at those pics of your install, i thought it was a **** waste of equipment if it was going to be treated like that.

Ive put more watts to my XXX with no problems for the guy "who heard they cant take alot of wattage" For 6 months i was running a XX Collossus at 1ohm bridged clamped at 3800 watts with no problems to the sub.

correct. id definately look into talking to a lawyer, just get some professional advice, you might have a case and not even know it.
might, but he will have to also prove it wasnt his install that caused it and that it was a faulty piece of equipment.

RE will have to prove it was a faulty installation or otherwise. He has to prove it was the speaker. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
