...strangely its pretty funny everyone hearing about it not believing it...I wanted to think the same, but its true the only thing salvagable on my truck is the bed of truck...so im sure you all are wondering what the **** happened...so let me explain..

I was heading to work bumping like I normally do and have been doing for awhile, but I noticed a burning(not a metal coil burning, but like paper) so my first instinct is its the sub so sure enough its the spider thats burning(no flames mostly contained burning) so I pull off call Tuan who I bought it from ask what I should do(stupid I know but it was my first response) he told me to take it out and let it burn out or put it out. So after that I called my mom to let her know I was heading back home and to get a screwdriver ready because I was going to pull it out...but as I was driving home the fire began to build and started to flame outside the sub, I pulled off...disconnected the wires from the sub and poured water onto the sub, nothing happened the fire just began to build and caught the carpet of my sub box on fire and then my seats...and then from there, there was no saving it...I ended up with this:





Liability insurance FTL! I dont know what do from here...it was warranted bought authorized but I have no idea what to do...what do ya'll think...alright im gonna go back to crying now. Peace

I have no idea...ive heard overpowering but my mmats was only getting it around 2.5-3kw and that shouldnt be too much...Ive heard of alot more power and I think ray was giving it 4kw+ for a week...but the fire started at the spider landing.

maybe im geting things confused but what actually caught afire was the spider itself the yellow part I think thats the landing, I forget the technical names.

possibly...I just know that spider was burning like crazy...its quite flammable...this scares me.

yea...it had to be within the sub because it wasnt my wiring...whos at fault here...who knows...
