My system so far *Pics*

you might not have a good ground on your amp if you are only seeing 12 volts on the remote line. Also did you do any testing with your tweeters right there? seems a bit close to the listener/off axis.
But when i test my alternator, i put the red wire from the dmm on the postive terminal on the alternator then the black on the battery and it only reads 10.5 volts. Im using a knukonceptz ground block so i hope its not the ground.

Am i supposd to ground the distro block or ground block?

They are the best speakers i have ever heard in my life, so clear, loud, and alive.

 
There was 6.5's in the doors but i made that MDF ring then there was about an inch of space at the bottom and i sealed that up with wood. I just forgot to take pictures of that
