My Set-up and a few questions about it

Ok first off my head unit

Here's my amp...Bazooka BA1500 750 Watt Monoblock, I just mounted it inside my car today, I thought it looked pretty cool...

And here is what that amp is powering, two Kicker Comp 12's (300 Watt RMS each)

I also have two Jensen 6x9 3-way speakers in the back and then two stock 6.5's in the front but that will change soon....

Now my question comes with the box for my subs, it's all wrong because I didn't know about making it certain size and all that for better performance so my questions are:

1. How much difference will it make in the sound quality if I make a proper box for them?

2. What kind of box should I make and if you could tell me, a little info on how to make it.

Thank for any help

umm...... haveing that amp in your rear window is like beggin someone to steal it.
I agree, would be much better to mount it on your box in your trunk or something (maybe when you build your box design it so you can flush the amp in to it)

anyways on to ? #2....if you dont have a clue on making a new box for these, i wouldnt try to jump right into it. do some research, and some wood working before you start a project like this. just my opinion //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

haha well I doubt anyone around here would steal it but I thought of that too and I'm gonna just like throw a shirt over it or something I might move it, I did have it mounted on my box but felt like moving it.

I have alot of woodworking background and my dad is a carpenter so we have that covered and all the tools we could ever need for it, all we need is some knowledge on what kind of box to make for this because we threw that one together, its reallly big it has about a foot of space between the rear of the subs and the back and it doesn't have a bottom at all. Another thing is that how do I keep it from moving around in my trunk, I have like bungie things holding it kind of in place now, should I just use some screws and screw thebox down?

Thanks for all the advice and I think I will move my amp once I make a new box for my subs.
