My RL-p's....install and review

no... people were giving them 1.2kw sealed, and 800 ported.

or me personally, i'm giving my 1 RL-p ~1400 in a ported box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif Yes you did, you even made a feedback thread for it.
oooooooooo......that was a different box. No that design was great. I still have it on my hard drive.

Ok.......here it is.

these bishes are just plain loud. As far as SQ goes, i could not tell the difference if i didn't know they were different subs.....with the exception that these are louder. With that being said i will list the systems i had previously and rate them on a scale of 1-10 on SQ, SPL, and low end and higher freq capability.

1. 1 15" XXX 2004 model 4^3@28htz on an Autotek MM1400.1 1400wrms@1 ohm

SQ=8 SPL=9.5 Low end=10 higher freqs=6

2. 2 12" JL Audio W6V2's 3^3@32htz on an Autotek mm1400.1 1400wrms@1 ohm

SQ=9.5 SPL=8 Low end=8.5 Higher freqs=9.5

3. 2 12" JL Audio W3's 3.5^3@33htz on a Memphis 1000d 1000wrms@1 ohm

SQ=7.5 SPL 8.0 Low end=7.5 Higher freqs=8

4. 2 12" RL-p's on a Autotek MM1400.1 1400wrms@1 ohm 3.5^3@32 htz

SQ=9.5 SPL =9 Low end=9 Higher freqs=9.5

So overall comparison.....RL-p's outrank all the other set-ups i listed.

Nice man! You have a hell of a trunk LOL. That opening is HUGE, mine honestly probably isn't half that size.

Anyways thanks for the review I really needed this, especially since I'll be going from 1 15" XXX to 2 12" RL-p's. Now that I saw this there is no question I am getting them.

I can't wait! It may be a couple weeks b4 tho cuz I have to get the amps, get my car completely deadened and install my new comps... then figure out why my car is idling so rough... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif hopefully it's just the fuel filter or something, I think it's the injectors tho... nonetheless I'm setting aside ~700 ish b4 I get the RL-p's to get it fixed.

Thanks again man!

BTW how much port are u using?
