Yea i know what ya mean, i actually made a home made circle jig, but then i realized that i dont have the right bit for the router, the bits i have burn the shit out of the wood.

what a waste. honestly ima say the box was looking good untill i noticed thoze cutouts. jesus man where u wackn it when cutting???

please get a spiral upcut bit and make a jig or something next time because it was going good until those cutouts.

If the wood is burning you are trying to cut too much at one time....do shallow cuts to start off with then go deeper and deeper....=P

aright, his cutouts are not PERFECT, but after the first 50 times of the same thing being said over and over, i dont think it needs to be stressed anymore. we get it. overall it looks great and he did the best with what he had. and sure there are tons of people that can work a jig better, but not everyone is as "blessed" as those select few. so lets move on people.
