can anyone help me out or pm me some links to how I would go about getting my own subs Manufactured I want to make a good 1k rms sub for $99 I don't care if I'm only making 10 dollars profit a woofer I'll just out sale everyone else so anyone wanna make some money?

You can make a 1k sub for $99 but it's probably going to be cheap...costs for using quality parts, ensuring proper assembly, quality control, the amount of testing needed to be done and the amount of understanding you need to make it possible simply don't equate to something of that price being particularly practical.

This process won't be done overnight or anything I just want to make somethin decent and affordable like obsidian/skar/lanzar I might be over my head head here though your right I wanted first start off by just desging one for me And see what people think about it

yes tooling is very expensive. you may get some one to hand tool you one but that won't be cheap either, maybe only a couple grand then.

Are you wanting to build your own or are you looking to going to china? China is easy and cheap, but quality is an issue unless you can pay the extra $$ to get better quality.

OP, if you're trying to break into the industry, not the way to do it... You need to learn some more before you can just "order some subs from china", cuz there is a hell of alot more to it than that. I would start by building your own sub, from different parts... just play around with some, figure out which motors, spiders, coils, cones, baskets, leads, etc that you like, and in which configuration... that is a good starting point... from there, you may be able to start planning. But, just to have "your own sub" and not try to profit off of it, i think you'll realize that it's going to be worth the MASSIVE headache it will create.
