I've had those subs in a sealed box in my car.

also where can i get some rubber type stuff u put on the subs to make it sealed better? I kinda messed up on the cut outs of the subs cuz I was using a Sawzall...

cool. Yea I was playing around with them after work. They are definatly hitting very nicely. Especially with the gains only like 1/4 up. Im pretty sure Ima have to get that weather stripping cuz the sub cutouts were pretty messed up.

sawsall??? you butcher!!!!!! you may have to cut a new piece of mdf and fit it to the front of your box? use a jigsaw next time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-no amout of "foamy stuff" is going to seal off the amount of air your going to be moving!

NO YOU JUST SCREW THE NEW ONE ON THE OLD ONE AND CUT BETTER HOLES

dam the ground wire came out of the terminal when i hit a turn.... and im out of terminals.. this sucks... i should have velcroed that box down.... sht...

T-nuts **** with MDF be careful. I ended up taking out a huge chunk out of my box because the wood broke around the subwoofer cutout and I had to get a special wood epoxy to patch up the entire part.

I almost experienced that... I was screwing it in and mdf started to feel weaker. Then I look at the inside and it was starting to crack //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif . But at least it didnt break off. The sub cutouts are too bad its just that they are sorta uneven. But i even cut them slightly smaller so that I wouldnt make a bigger hole.

Also I found a terminal yesterday and fixed the amp again. Now Im really gonna go get some heavy duty velcro. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif
