no the box wasnt that bad at all well under $200!!! i like this combo and i still have plenty of room in my trunk for stuff...

That's a awesome looking box. I just got my 2 XFL 15 on Friday and in the process of designing a box for my 2007 Avalanche. I have never heard American Bass XFL subs but only heard great things about them. Enjoy, I'm jealous I bet it sounds amazing.

Ive heard 2 12" xfls. LOUD! You 15s will hit nice on the meter...
