Thanks guys, I still have some things I want to do. I have really bad alternator whine, and I also have noise when the headlights are on; any suggestions? I also need to get a yellow top, my lights are dimming. The Van Gogh's are great amps, and I will be a SS customer for a really long time, one note though, they run hot! There's two cooling fans under the top part of the amp rack that blows onto the cooling fins of the amps.

Check grounding from HU or Amp

Try to do the "Big 3"

Darren,

Good s hit man. Looks great. How's it sounding. Did you have any trouble with the amps? A lot of people seem to think they are tempremental.

So you think a couple of fans are a must with these amps?

The amps are working great for me they sound awesome, I just have alot of ground noise. I would say that if the amps are going to be built in like mine are they yes, cooling fans are a must.

Exs; I can't really do the "big 3" because batteries in the E46 BMW are in the back and I would have to gut the interior of the car to trace the primary wire from the alt. to the battery. IMO, its not worth it. Any other ideas?

Did u check the grounding for the HU or the AMP? Try regrounding them if possible.
