P.S. On the date, you do have to give her a few drinks her and there all day.. i'm talking wine collers and margaritas.. not Beer and shots.. . but it will keep her feeling trendy and cool when people find out its her b-day and ask her how old she is.. .

Usually whenever I want to please the Mrs (not anymore, but before) I usually make sure to end the evening staying at a hotel. It takes the monotany out of everyday life and allows us to let loose a bit.

We tried the wine and dine thing at some place called Orange Hill. Bill was like $140 for the both of us, really nice place and a really nice view but we both agreed on wining and dining is just not for us.

I didn't mean to take her out for dinner and wine and dine her, I meant stay in and make her dinner. Hey man, I know it's tough. I have a very hard time coming up with ideas myself. Somehow, it always manages to work out in the end.

Try taking her to a firework show, maybe. There really is only so many things you can do, especially when you are on a budget. Try making her something, a photo album of you two together?

Have you ever thought of just driving to another town you haven't been to and spending the day there to look around? You can then spend the night there and drive home the next day...

May I suggest you a trip to mexico beaches; maybe not for her 21st bday, but for the future. Cancun has uber beautyful beaches (maybe a lil expensive, but totally worth it) Acapulco is OK too and cheaper, if you decide for Acapulco, be sure to go to a Hotel in "Acapulco Diamante" its way nicer. Or you may go in a road trip through Mexico and stop in many little towns, some of them are pretty nice.

For a nice trip too, but long and maybe expensive you can drive all the through "riviera Maya" nice pyramids and you can stop in little towns too and for the "Grand Finalle" arrive at cancun.
