If you're trying to kerf you port, Take a circular saw, set it to cut about a half an inch deep. Make cuts aabout a quarter inch apart, then bend your wood. I've read that you're supposed to fill the cuts with glue and then once that dries go back over with glass mat. I've also read to just bend it, get it in place, and then glass it. I have to experience with either method, just telling you what I've read.

no that's not it. he needs a round over bit for a router
