Hey this is my first build log

My previous setup was a CVR gettin 300 watts in a ported box with all 8 gauge wiring. Here is my new one. Please give me any suggestions you can think of I want this build to be great.

Here is my new setup

15 inch Fi SSD with copper coils and a diamond D3 800.1 amp all going in a 1994 Honda Accord EX

Well here is the wire install //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

The wire:

Kicker 0 gauge

I ran the wire under the siding there its pretty secure and wont be going anywhere. Cant see it either which is nice. Firewall was kind of a pain in the *** to get through but I ended up using a knife to poke a hole in it.

Little concerned about this. The ring terminal will not fit on the battery perfectly. Its nice and secure though the terminal is just kind of on an angle.

anything else in your 'system' other than a sub and wires?
Yeah I dont have pics yet though.

I am going to update it more later tonight.

Ill take some of my head unit and amp. Going to add components and another amp but I want to get all this in first.

I had to use a bench grinder and shaved some of my ring terminal off to get it secured properly to the battery. I also had to do this when I did the Big 3...there was this plastic thing around the terminal on the alt. and I had to shave down the ring terminal to get it to fit.

You may want to do this also. I think you will eventually develop a problem if not.

its VERY secure I dont think its going anywhere. I am not going to worry about it for now.

So anyone ever do the big three in an accord? I want to but it looks difficult

Project back on track. Finished up my box (The first one did not fit)

It is in the car now I will get some more pics tomorrow. I have a roll of rammat on the way to deaden the trunk and am looking for some comps to buy.

I also bought a kicker 150.2 to power the comps that I dont have yet //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

That sucks

You have no idea haha

I am happy I got the box put together now! I can finally work on finishing my build. Going pretty slow but I prefer it this way. Always gives me something to look forward to. I still dont know what kind of 6.5 comps to get //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Here is two more pics

Yes I know the box looks crappy I am going to put another coat of paint inside the port and carpet it. It sounds goods to thats all that really matters to me.

And the wires will be trimmed down I just want to pick the final spot for my amps after I pull everything out to deaden the trunk.
